Maybe Anni that should be what we are NOT doing. LOL!! Today we helped mama, she took photos of all our shoes that are in the shoe containers. So we have a record of what we have and can not have to dig quite so much to find what we need. This way when we are stuck we can look at the photos and remember what we have. LOL!! That is so funny, but with 35 of us we need a lot of shoes to wear too.
Mama took 30 photos of shoes, ranging from a few pair to twice as many as above mostly. We really do have lots of shoes and some are really old. We have three pair of sneakers from 2005/06, two of the pair were clear back in 2005 when Mara and Lindsey were new and they have an L on one pair sole and an M for one. Then we bought a third pair when Jayd came to live here. Those are old and dirty shoes that we have worn for years. They work great going to the river and fishing and gardening and things like that. Auntie TA is arranging the doll room trying to get a set of shelves out, and she found in the bottom corner of the shelves, a box with stuff in it she almost forgot she had. We had the original Lindsey meet outfit that we got, it is new in a box from when we got Loryn. Then she had a Marisol meet outfit and her cat n bag new in box. She had forgotten about all of them. So she had a few things like the old get well balloon and the wheelchair linings where she crochet the red for Lysa's Marie. It is crazy how much stuff gets pushed to the back of the room and forgotten, you have got to go through it all sometimes just to see what all you have. We have so much stuff now days. We will start going through it more as we clean the shelves. We cannot wait to get the shelves cleaned up and outta the room. Then we will have stuff going out to the shed and a more useable room. I like that. The girls in the panic room are snuggling into their winter PJ's today. They have decided that summer PJ's are not the best choice. They love being in their winter flannel this time of year. They have their fleece blanket and pillow for those who have pillows. Then their pet and their doll will stay in there as well. So they have lots of things to cuddle with at night in the panic room.
She even got permission to wear a pair of ears with her school uniform because that is part of her. She wears mask and ears. Her sisters talk her out of it sometimes, but only for a couple photos and then it is back in. We all love our Kat.
Well, we are off to do some playing before bed, tomorrow is Kelsyee's big day, she will most likely get on and share how the x-ray went and if she is set free on the world for PT. She is anxious to get out of that hospital bed.

They prayed for an hour and it was so awesome to hear all the prayers and pray with them. We really enjoyed the time on with Shadow Mountain. I love her prayer study we did on the David Jeremiah site, that was the greatest thing he could have put on the site for me at this time. I cannot believe that I have never heard of her for studies and things. She is Billy Graham's daughter and just an amazing woman of God. I cannot wait to meet her in heaven too. I pray that people do not get covid because of the march and no masks, but we can hope God spared the people. They did a great thing even if the media did not cover it, how did people miss that many gathered together praying. They did not have opposition either, guess everyone knows the nation needs prayer.
Here is the original kitchen crew and set up of our kitchen. The girls were cleaning up after they had done a couple months of canning in the kitchen. Above is what the kitchen looked like when we got up to start to work on it. A bare shelf with a painted grey board. Kinda sad to look at, but we knew what was coming. their friendship of more than 20 years.
Above the main things are now in the kitchen. We have our big pieces in about the same place as last time, but it looks amazing with the flooring and walls placed now. It feels smaller though. The owls have moved in and it looks more like our kitchen. The girls are doing some extra canning today since we had the kitchen all cleaned up. We have one long AG box from sleds I think, it is full of pans and dishes for dining room and kitchen things. And one full container of food that does not go in the drawers, then we had to start another container today. LOL!! Too much stuff, we have to do more kitchen stories. The kitchen is finished for now, got the owl prints hung so they are in there and the walls do not look so bare. We are loving our kitchen and walls. The next is the music room, but that will be a while. Later in the week I guess.
Nana's girls needed two different sleeping bag fabrics, and they found really cute deer and horses that they are making them out of. It was a great day all around. Mama wanted to get the Christmas poinsettia's and make some rag quilts for the library and to maybe sell online too. We think they will be so cute. We have two different colors of poinsettias to make them out of in six different styles of that pattern. They will be amazing. We always say that there is a $100 cover charge for Jo's and this time we just had a $50 charge for all the material we purchased. We also got more black jeans material because all the black ones that I made went to the horse club girls. They did not like the tight legged jeans that came with it. LOL!! So Mama has to start over with black jeans for everyone. She is doing all the blues first as we have the black jeans for the shirts that we are selling online that is what started the black jeans push in the first place.
We started the walls tonight, thought we would get them all cut tonight and then tomorrow we can do all the covering and putting together of the new little kitchen. We are so excited. And we will have two rooms in the den to fix up the music room and then we are not sure which one is next. Gotta do some thinkin' Well we will talk more tomorrow, it is time to rest and relax for now. LOL!! In other words we are playing online games with Nana's kids.
I am ready for a waterproof cast so I can shower, these sponge baths are horrible. Blah!! I cannot wait to be up. Our backgrounds finally got here today. Our nice post lady brought them to our home so we did not have to go up there to get them. She takes good care of Mama. Alisha has been playing games online with me so that I do not feel so bad. I also get to face time my sister each night for a while. That helps with the dull drums. She even got up and played with me at 2am this morning while I was waiting on pain killers. She is addicted to the hand and foot game. It is time to start changing into winter PJ's now, it is COLD outside at nights and cold in here compared to summer. Everyone wants to get in their warm fuzzy's now.
Not we personally, we get one maybe two if we are really lucky to just share between all of us girls. We already have PJ's and things. The rest will be for the girls we send clothes too and for selling with afghans too.
The Coco-Nut Hut is starting to be all dressed up for fall. We have a green marble wall coming that will stay on the side with all white. So we will have a pretty wall for that side. And we want something to go on the piano top, but have not found that 'thing' yet. Need to go to WM or $ store. Twiggy thinks he likes the little scarecrows up there by him. He moved so that he could see out between them so we had to add twiggy to our post. He used to live on the top of the bungalow, but now that it is down he moved to the Coco-Nut Hut.
Tacos are a staple food for us, we love them. And they are not around all the time. We would probably get tired of them, but I am so not sure. LOL!!
She passed out from the pain in the ambulance, and was out for most of the setting of her leg. They gave her pain medication finally and that really knocked her out. It will take 4 to 6 weeks off the leg, and then another 2 weeks PT before she can walk on it again. She is out of her sports and horses for a couple months at least. Right now she wakes for a few minutes each hour or two, but does not really talk. And because of covid I am the only one allowed in to be with her in her room but I cannot be anywhere else with her and the girls cannot come and visit. This is going to be a long 4 to 6 weeks. Snow Day March 06, 2010!!
Study hall is so that we can get help on any of our work from the week that we did not understand. We do a lot of work during that time so we get finished and do not have work on the weekend except for papers or projects. Mija and I finished and have no homework this weekend, so we have lots of time to ride horses we hope as long as the weather holds out. Here we are waiting on the mini van, we are all excited about our Friday class schedule this year. Art and Music are the two really exciting classes. We cannot wait to see what we do. In music Anni and I decided to start playing the guitar. We have a group of us who have guitars and will be taking lessens during our music hour. It will be weird to have others, but if we really like learning the guitar then Aunt Izzyee will teach us at home too, so we have one on one instruction. Kelsyee was planning on taking singing lessons, her older sister and Aunt both sing beautiful and Kelsyee's voice is beautiful too, but it just was not what she wanted this year. She finally saw there was a harp and wanted to try that. Zahara is doing violin again this year, she is good already from two years of lessons she started at 9 yrs. She loves it. We all enjoy the Friday classes, and it is almost all fun stuff. I get tired of PE, just not my thing, I am not good at all the games and things to play. I am a country kid and love to hike and ride horses not play sports. Some of the girls love it. It just depends on who you are and what you like. None of us are couch potatoes, too much to do around the estates to sit on your bottom and do nothing.
We met Alezandra in art class today, she was in our other classes, but us girls were so busy getting to know everyone that we did not make new friends until now. There were too many kids. Alezandra is from Highland Manor Estates that are beside ours. We share the Renaissance Stable, and other buildings between our two estates. We are one big family, but none of us have been doing so much right now because of covid and needing to stick to social distance and things. But she is going to be part of our group. It was fun to have Alezandra join and we talked horse club and what we do in them. It is going to be fun. Maya Raynn and Tayla are no longer in the club, they have too much other horse stuff going on like Kaylee. They will help Virginia out sometimes when she is teaching, but otherwise they are leaving it to her. She loves it anyway. It was great talking to you today, but we are off to do our chores in the barn and visit our horses. Anni's mama is getting her a horse soon, so she will have one when she gets home. She is so excited. She loves to ride Spider while she is here, but a horse of your own is so needed.
